A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
My Journey: From Chunkster to Coach
My first gym experience was stepping into a rustic sports club gym in the Irish countryside. As a young teenager, I was eager to get stronger and bigger for sports. I started with little strength and a chunkier frame.
After a few months of basic workouts, I saw incredible changes – increased self-confidence, better performance on the field, and improved social ease. I was hooked.
Initially, I followed advice from bodybuilding magazines, websites, and older athletes. Unfortunately, much of that advice was misguided. Through trial and error, and later professional and academic training, I learned that much of what I did in those early days was wrong.
Today, with the overwhelming noise from social media and self-proclaimed internet gurus, it's even harder to distinguish real scientific advice from myths. That’s where I can help you.
Why I Became a Coach
I became a coach not only because I enjoy wearing shorts to work but also because I’m passionate about helping others achieve their own version of success. There's nothing more rewarding for me than seeing my clients reach their fitness goals. I celebrate my clients' personal bests more than they do!

Your sessions will be in state-of-the-art Strength & Conditioning Studios located In Chiswick and Hammersmith.
These studios are the perfect environment for our face-to-face personal training sessions. You'll receive hands-on instruction and guidance while ensuring proper form and technique.
*I also offer personal training in private facilities or in the comfort of your own home gym in special circumstances.
