HOW DOES 1-2-1 ONLINE COACHING WORK?

You will work with me as your coach personally. Your training program will be custom written for you and updated weekly, as your training is monitored via your session feedback.

In addition, I will provide technical feedback on your movements from your videos and help with all aspects of training and competition.

Your program will be delivered via the best in class training application, with exercise video tutorials. Each week this will be adjusted if required based on your feedback and results.

You can submit videos for technique analysis and ask any questions you may have via the app in a private message to ensure we are making progress towards your specific goals.

    You workout on the call and I provide guidance and monitor your technique to provide live feedback.

    WITH ZOOM/ GOOGLE HANGOUT SESSIONS

    • Monthly personalised app-based training program with weekly adjustments, feedback on technique and tracked training metrics (£149.99 per month)

    • Remote body composition analysis and nutritional guidance for 3 months (£225)

    • 50 minute Zoom Calls or Google Hangout Sessions to have me with you on a video call while you’re in the gym.

    ONLINE PACKAGE with 2 x Online Sessions = £275 per month

    ONLINE PACKAGE with 4 x Online Sessions = £375 per month

  • * Sessions do not roll over in to the next month (I may allow limited flexibility to expiry dates if legitimate reasons are provided *more information will be provided in contract*)

ONLINE COACHING FAQ’s

  • Online programming is for anyone who wants to regain control of their health and physical fitness. If you’re looking for lots of ‘secret exercises’ or tips and tricks requiring the most expensive equipment or rare supplements - this program isn’t right for you!

    However, if you want tried and tested exercise routines to improve strength and movement proficiency with practical guidance directed towards longevity and physical performance, you can benefit from this program.

    Some examples of my client’s background include.

    • Weekend warriors doing aimless bouts of unstructured exercise and not getting the results they want.

    • Regular gym users who want an evidence-led workout program.

  • I believe communication is the key driver in the success of a program. With the online program, you will receive:

    Weekly Accountability Check-ins

    Technique video analysis of exercises.

    Body composition monitoring *optional.

    Access to coaching support via email or mobile application.

    Recurrent monthly feedback video consultations.

    Zoom / Google Hangout Personal Training sessions are available for those who choose the Online Coaching Package.

  • While the program will be designed for your lifestyle and situation, from experience, better results are achieved with gym accessibility.

  • This is highly dependent on the injury. Let’s discuss this in our first call and see whether this is something we can address in the structure of the programming or using rehabilitation exercises.

  • Providing nutrition programs “eat this, not this” typically does not promote lasting positive habits or relationships with food.

    I can analyse your current diet as you track on MyFitnessPal. Then together, we determine a suitable way to progress towards improving your physique, identifying any ‘red flags’ or ‘easy wins’ to help us adjust your current diet. Not making drastic changes, but working at a pace that suits you, using macronutrient guidelines and portion control options. This process will work much better than following a strict nutrition program for most individuals looking for a long-term solution.
