The workouts he sets me on my Programme are so detailed and well thought out everything down to the warm-ups and mobility/recovery days. Knowledgeable, attentive, down-to-earth - Paul isn't just another personal trainer or fitness coach but also someone who inspires and pushes you to new heights, whether it be inside or outside the gym. He holds high standards in himself and you can tell he genuinely wants anyone he interacts with to get value from his coaching. From programming, fixing technique and working around injuries, there has been nothing to fault for the past year that I've worked with him, helping me move closer towards PBs that felt unachievable at first.

Paul changed my life. I used to get regular back pain, but Paul taught me how to move both in the gym and outside and now I don't hurt my back doing day-to-day tasks. He also helped my mobility, now I can get into a deeper squat and move into more natural positions.
Paul was also able to coach me remotely when I had questions between our sessions.

I've been working out with Paul for almost a year now, and it's the best PT experience I've ever had as a casual gym-goer. He focuses on form, safety and working with the body you have, rather than giving generic programs.
