Suzi a former rower loved weight training, but a back injury left her fearful and struggling. She couldn't improve her lifts without pain, leading to discouragement, weight gain, and dwindling fitness.
Determined to regain her athleticism, Suzi sought in-person coaching. We strategically focused on overcoming fear through gradual progress and enjoyable elements.
Starting with manageable exercises, Suzi built confidence and achieved remarkable results. From struggling with a single push-up, she mastered multiple sets of 10 reps. Squatting her own bodyweight became a breeze, and her deadlift skyrocketed to 1.5x bodyweight in less than 3 months a new personal best.

The in-person sessions will be in state-of-the-art Strength & Conditioning Studios located across London.
These studios are the perfect environment for our face-to-face personal training sessions. You'll receive hands-on instruction and guidance while ensuring proper form and technique.
*I also offer personal training in private facilities or in the comfort of your own home gym in special circumstances.
