The PWR hybrid coaching model combines the best of both worlds: face-to-face personal training sessions with the convenience and flexibility of distance strength coaching and programming.

  • For our remote coaching you'll receive customised workout plans, regular check-ins and progress tracking to ensure you're on track to achieving your goals. The Hybrid package also includes face-to-face training sessions to provide the added benefit of hands-on instruction and guidance from a certified personal trainer and strength coach, ensuring proper form and technique.

    Online coaching provides convenience and flexibility, while face-to-face sessions ensure proper form and technique. This approach allows for regular check-ins, progress tracking and a personalised experience tailored to your specific goals and fitness level. The combined expert guidance, support and accountability will help speed up your ability to each your goals.

Online Strength and Conditioning Coaching

TRAINING PROGRAM DELIVERY

Your program will be delivered via the best in class training application, with exercise video tutorials. Each week this will be adjusted if required based on your feedback and results.

You can submit videos for technique analysis and ask any questions you may have via the app in a private message to ensure we are making progress towards your specific goals.

Guidance

You'll have a dedicated coach available to answer your questions and provide guidance as needed. We'll also provide instruction on how to perform each prescribed exercise, ensuring that you have the correct technique and form.

Accountability

Staying consistent is key to success. Each week you will receive check-ins to ensure we stay true to the program, and you can voice your feedback and queries.

Monitoring

Your performance metrics will be measured as we input your weights, sets, and time into the training application each workout so we can always keep track of our progress.

Feedback

Feedback on your lifts and performances will be repeatedly given. I will use your feedback from the workouts to guide your sessions and program design.

These studios are the perfect environment for our face-to-face personal training sessions. You'll receive hands-on instruction and guidance while ensuring proper form and technique.

*I also offer personal training in private facilities or in the comfort of your own home gym in special circumstances.

    • Personalised app-based training program with weekly adjustments, feedback on technique and tracked training metrics

    • Body composition analysis and nutritional guidance for 3 months

    • In-person training sessions

    • Movement + Posture Analysis

    • Weekly Accountability check-ins.

  • MONTHLY HYBRID PACKAGES

    • 2 x 1hr PT Sessions = £300 per month

    • 4 x 1hr PT Sessions = £440 per month

    • 8 x 1hr PT Sessions = £720 per month

  • * Sessions do not roll over in to the next month (I may allow limited flexibility to expiry dates if legitimate reasons are provided *more information will be provided in contract*)

    All Hybrid Packages are paid before each month.
