The workouts he sets me on my Programme are so detailed and well thought out everything down to the warm-ups and mobility/recovery days. The focus on nutrition makes a huge difference I have much more energy to train and in matches and my recovery is quicker. Paul has always been on hand to help with invaluable advice. Whether watching videos from a Far and giving pointers on form while training virtually.
