Stage 1: Initial Consultation

It begins with an initial deep dive to discover your training history and preferences, outlining our goals and expectations and looking for the best approach to get the best results.

Stage 2: Remote Physical Assessment

We perform a range of virtual assessments analysing your posture, diet, movement capabilities and limitations, as well as identifying potential areas for physical fitness improvements.

Stage 2: Program Creation

A training program is created based on your assessment and training goals, working together with your schedule and lifestyle.

Stage 2: Program Delivery

Delivery of a personalised training program catering to your needs. With continuous coaching support and guidance.

In This Program You Will Have…

 

Guidance.

You will have a coach in your pocket, ready to answer any questions regarding your program's components. Also, you will receive videos of how to perform each exercise prescribed.

Accountability.

Staying consistent is key to success. Each week you will receive check-ins to ensure we stay true to the program, and you can voice your feedback and queries.

Monitoring.

Your performance metrics will be measured as you input your weights, sets, and time into the training application so we can progress at a suitable pace.

 

Feedback.

Feedback on your lifts and performances will be repeatedly given. Receiving technique feedback by sending videos of you completing the exercises.

Results.

The coaching and programming are all directed to help you achieve results, i.e. becoming a stronger, fitter, more robust human who can relish life!

Is the online coaching program for me?

Online programming is for anyone who wants to regain control of their health and physical fitness. If you’re looking for lots of ‘secret exercises’ or tips and tricks requiring the most expensive equipment or rare supplements - this program isn’t right for you!

However, if you want tried and tested exercise routines to improve strength and movement proficiency with practical guidance directed towards longevity and physical performance, you can benefit from this program.

Some examples of my client’s background include.

  • Ex-amateur athletes looking to improve their performance who want motivation and direction.

  • Weekend warriors doing aimless bouts of unstructured exercise and not getting the results they want.

  • Regular gym users who want an evidence-led workout program.

What coaching support can I expect to receive?

I believe communication is the key driver in the success of a program. With the online program, you will receive:

  • Weekly Accountability Check-ins

  • Technique video analysis.

  • Body composition monitoring *optional.

  • Access to coaching support via email or mobile application.

  • Recurrent monthly feedback video consultations.

Do I need access to a gym?

While the program will be designed for your lifestyle and situation, from experience, better results are achieved with gym accessibility.

Can I do this program with an old injury?

This is highly dependent on the injury. Let’s discuss this in our first call and see whether this is something we can address in the structure of the programming or using rehabilitation exercises.

Will I have a nutrition program?

Providing nutrition programs “eat this, not this” typically does not promote lasting positive habits or relationships with food.

With the elite online coaching package, I will analyse your current diet as you track on premium dietary analysis software. Then together, we determine a suitable way to progress towards improving your physique, identifying any ‘red flags’ or ‘easy wins’ to help us adjust your current diet. Not making drastic changes, but working at a pace that suits you.

This process will work much better than following a strict nutrition program for most individuals looking for a long-term solution.

Paul Rose MSc BA(Hons) CSCS

Your coach is the founder of PWR Coaching, the current Physical Performance Coach of the men’s Lacrosse Scottish national team, a health and fitness consultant, a scientific researcher, and a CIMSPA accredited educational content writer for fitness professionals. He has worked with people from various backgrounds as a trainer and coach for over ten years, helping hundreds of people move, look and perform better. He now specialises in working with ex-amateur athletes looking to regain control of their physical fitness and build a stronger, fitter, more durable physique to live healthy, active lives.

He will work closely with you from the outset to ensure that the program can work per your lifestyle and current abilities.
